Project

*TThis feature is available only to customers who have subscribed to the RICOH360 Business Package or the RICOH360 Business Package Type S.

Using the project function, you can register photo location information and associated photos and videos on drawings. Clicking a photo location on the drawing allows you to view the corresponding photo or video.

Creating a project

*This operation is available to users with the “Admin (Owner),” “Admin,” or “Member” role.

1. Access the login page (app2.ricoh360.com/login) on your PC’s web browser and then log in.

2. Click [Project] on the side menu.

3. Click [Create Project].

• Edit the project information.
• The project name and description can be edited as needed.

4. After editing the project information, click [Create].

Note:

• Project names can be duplicated.
• The maximum number of projects is 1,000.
• The character limit for the project name is 100 characters or less.
• The character limit for the project description is 2,000 characters or less.

Editing the project information

*This operation is available to users with the “Admin (Owner),” “Admin,” or “Member” role.

1. Click the project for which you want to edit information.

2. Click [...] in the upper right corner of the screen.

3. Click [Change Project Name].

4. Edit the project information and then click [Save].

Deleting the project

* This operation is available to users with the “Admin (Owner),” “Admin,” or “Member” role.

1. Click the project you want to delete.

2. Click [...] in the upper right corner of the screen.

3. Click [Delete Project].

4. Confirm the deletion and then click [Delete].

Registering a drawing

1. Click the project to which you want to add a drawing.

2. Click [Add Drawing].

• The maximum number of drawings that can be registered in one project is 100.

3. Select a drawing on the “Photo/Video” or “Album” tab screen and then click [Add to Project].

• You must register the JPEG files to be used as drawings in the photo/video list in advance.
• Videos cannot be registered as drawings.

Note:

• The maximum pixel size for JPEG files that can be registered as drawings is 11,008 pixels × 5,504 pixels.

Changing the drawing name

1. In the project drawing list, click the drawing whose name you want to change.

2. Click [...] in the upper right corner of the screen.

3. Click [Change Drawing Name].

4. Edit the drawing name and then click [Save].

Deleting the drawing

1. In the project drawing list, click the drawing you want to delete.

2. Click [...] in the upper right corner of the screen.

3. Click [Delete Drawing].

4. Confirm the deletion and then click [Delete].

Registering the photo location on the drawing

1. In the drawing list, click the drawing for which you want to register the photo location.

2. Click [Edit Photo Location].

The maximum number of photo locations that can be registered in one drawing is 300.

3. Click [Save].

Note:

Click these buttons to zoom in or out on the drawing.

When multiple drawings are registered, click this button to switch to the previous drawing.

When multiple drawings are registered, click this button to switch to the next drawing.

Changing the photo location on the drawing

1. In the drawing list, click the drawing whose photo location you want to change.

2. Click [Edit Photo Location].

3. Drag and drop the photo location you want to change to the desired location.

4. After changing the photo location, click [Save].

Changing the photo location name

1. In the drawing list, click the drawing containing the photo location whose name you want to change.

2. Click [Edit Photo Location].

3. Click the photo location whose name you want to change.

4. Click [...].

5. Click [Change Photo Location Name].

6. After changing the photo location name, click [Save].

Deleting the photo location

1. In the drawing list, click the drawing whose photo location you want to delete.

2. Click [Edit Photo Location].

3. Click the photo location whose name you want to delete.

4. Click [...].

5. Click [Delete Photo Location].

6. Confirm the deletion and then click [Delete].

Registering photos and videos at the photo location

1. In the drawing list, click the drawing.

2. Click [Edit Photo Location].

3. Click the photo location where you want to register photos and videos.

4. Click [...].

5. Click [Add Photo and Video].

6. Select a photo or video on the “Photo/Video” or “Album” tab screen and then click [Add to Photo Location].

7. Click [Save].

Note:

• Non-360° photos can also be selected as photos to add to the photo location.

Deleting photos and videos registered at the photo location

1. In the drawing list, click the drawing.

2. Click the photo location.

3. Click [...] in the upper right corner of the screen.

4. Click [Delete Photos/Videos].

5. Confirm the deletion and then click [Delete].

Note:

• Photos and videos are deleted from the project, but they are not deleted from the photo/video list.

Viewing photos and videos registered at the photo location

1. In the drawing list, click the drawing.

2. Click the photo location to view the photos and videos.

Note:

• When multiple photos or videos are registered at one photo location, you can view them by clicking on the desired photo or video from the thumbnail list at the bottom of the screen.
