Change Team Name

When you create a RICOH360 account, the user name (the string before @) of the e-mail address registered when the account was created is automatically registered as the team name.

The team name can be changed on the web version of RICOH360.

*The team name displayed on the RICOH360 application will be the same as the team name in RICOH360 Tours. Therefore, if you change the team name on the web version of RICOH360, the team name on RICOH360 Tours will also be changed.

1. Access app2.ricoh360.com/login with a PC browser and log in.
2. Click on the username in the upper right corner and click on the Admin Console in the drop-down list that appears
3. (For users who are administrators on multiple teams) Click on the team name displayed in the menu on the left side of the screen and select the team name you wish to change from the drop-down list.
4. Click Team Settings in the menu on the left side of the screen.
5. Click Change in the Team Name field.
6. Enter the new team name and click Save.
   

The team name will now be changed.
