Adding annotations to an image

Necessary preparations

*This feature is available only to customers who have subscribed to the RICOH360 Business Package or the RICOH360 Business Package Type S.

You can add annotations to an image.

Adding annotations

1. Log in to RICOH360 (web version).

2. Click the thumbnail of the photo you want to add annotations to in the photo/video list or album displayed on the top page.

3. Click the following button from the buttons at the bottom of the viewer.

4. Click where you want to add an annotation on the image.

5. If needed, adjust the annotation icon size using the slider or change the icon position.

  • While editing an annotation, you can drag its icon to change the position.

6. Enter the title and description, and then click [Save].

  • You can click [Save] even if you leave the description blank.

Note:

  • When sharing a link to an image with annotations added, only members within the team can view the annotations.
  • Annotations cannot be added to videos.
  • The maximum number of annotations that can be added to one image is 100.
  • The character limit for the annotation title is 100 characters or less.
  • The character limit for the annotation description is 2,000 characters or less.
  • If an image with annotations added is registered in an album or at a shooting location in a project, the same annotations are added to those images as well.

Editing the annotation

1. Click the annotation you want to edit.

2. Click [...].

3. Click [Edit].

4. Click [Save].

Deleting the annotation

1. Click the annotation you want to delete.

2. Click [...].

3. Click [Delete].

4. Click [Delete].

Hiding annotations

1. Log in to RICOH360 (web version).

2. Click the thumbnail of the photo with annotations added in the photo/video list or album displayed on the top page.

3. Click the following “Display OFF” button.

Note:

  • Click the following “Display ON” button to display annotationsagain.
