Automatic upload settings can be made from the THETA settings screen

There are two ways to set up Automatic Upload, so please set up according to your situation.

• Set up Cloud Sync Configuration and then set up Automatic Upload
• Set up Automatic Upload from the THETA Settings screen (this manual)

Set up Automatic Upload from the THETA Settings screen

To set up Automatic Upload, please do so at a location where you can connect to the Wi-Fi you want to connect to.

1. Tap the THETA List icon

2. From the list of connected cameras, select the RICOH THETA X you want to connect to the cloud, then tap “Automatic Upload” under “Cloud Sync Configuration.”

3. Tap Select Wi-Fi.

4. Tap “Connect” on the camera display panel

5. Tap Pair.

6. Tap ‘OK’ on the camera display panel

7. Swipe down from the top of the camera display panel to open the menu, then tap the “Power Saving Mode” toggle. The toggle will change from blue to gray.

Tap Next in the RICOH360 APP.

• Once setup is complete, you can turn Power Saving Mode back on.

8. Tap the Wi-Fi network name (SSID)

9. Enter the password and tap Connect.

10. Wait a moment. When “Auto-upload setup complete!” appears, setup is finished.

Note:

If the Wireless LAN client mode is not displayed on the camera's display panel even though auto-upload setup is complete, turning on client mode in the THETA X's Camera Setting will restore auto-upload functionality.
