Log In with Single Sign-On (SSO)

Necessary preparations

The RICOH360 App Connects with your company’s authentication system, allowing youto log in using Single Sign-On (SSO).

With Single Sign-On, you can log in using your company Account without having tomanage a separate RICOH360 ID or Password.

Whatis Single Sign-On (SSO)?

Single Sign-On (SSO) is a mechanism that allows you to access multiple cloud serviceswith a single authentication.

The RICOH360 App connects with your organization’s identity provider (IdP),enabling you to log in using your corporate account.

The main benefits are as follows:

  • Eliminates the need to manage a dedicated RICOH360 password
  • Reduces requests for assistance regarding forgotten passwords
  • Allows your company to centrally manage multi-factor authentication (MFA) and passwordpolicies
  • Streamines account management related to employee resignations or transfers

Supported Authentication Methods

The RICOH360 App supports single sign-on (SSO) via SAML 2.0.

As of October 2026, it supports connection to Microsoft Entra ID.

Please contact us individually regarding connection to authentication platformscompliant with SAML 2.0.
