If you cannot connect the camera to the RICOH360 App, pleasecheck the following first.
- Check that the wireless LAN function on thecamera is turned on. How to check
- The camera may be connected to other devicesnearby. Turn off the Wi-Fi connection on other devices, then turn the wirelessbutton on the camera off and then on again.
- The connection may be interfered with bymicrowaves, cordless phones using the 2.4 GHz band, indoor wireless LANdevices, or other equipment.
- The Wi-Fi connection may have beendisconnected for some reason. Reconnect to Wi-Fi from the settings screen ofyour smartphone.
- Turning the Wi-Fi button on the camera offand then on again and repeating the connection procedure several times may, allow you to connect.
If you have checked the above and still cannot connect thecamera to the RICOH 360 App, delete the Wi-Fi connection information andBluetooth connection information for the connected camera from your smartphonesettings, and then try connecting again.
Delete Wi-Fi connection information
- Open the Wi-Fi settings screen in yoursmartphone settings.
- Open the details screen for SSID “THETAYR**”(8 digits).
- Delete the network settings.
Delete Bluetooth connection information
- Open the Bluetooth settings screen in yoursmartphone settings.
- Open the details screen for the devicecorresponding to the 8-digit serial number.
- Unregister the device.
