Issue:
Thumbnails are not displaying on the following screens in the RICOH360 web app.
・"Photos & Videos" list screen
・"Albums" list screen
・Image list screen within an "Album"
・Image addition screen for an "Album"
・Image list displayed at the bottom of the shooting position view on the floor plan in "Projects"
・Image addition screen for a shooting position in "Projects"
・The album list screen within the "Album Settings" screen for THETA, found in the "THETA
Management" screen of the "Admin Console
*Albums and Projects are features available only to customers who have subscribed to the RICOH360 Business Package Series.
Additionally, thumbnails for photos in the "Cloud" tab of the RICOH360 Mobile app cannot be viewed.
