*If you access the old support site you have been using up until now, you will be automatically redirected to the new support site. Please update your bookmarks etc. as necessary.
■Improvements
・Integration of Hardware and Cloud Application Support:
Customers no longer need to visit separate support sites for the camera and cloud applications; you can now access all the support information you need on a single site.
・Organization and Structuring of Support Information:
We have organized and structured support-related information, including system updates, startup guides, manuals, FAQs, repair requests, downloads, THETA and accessory purchases, and inquiries, to enhance usability.
・Content Revision and Optimization:
We have updated and integrated content in the manuals and FAQs, making them easier to understand.
・Intuitive and Smooth Navigation:
The site is designed for easy navigation, with reorganized categories on the homepage and a tailored navigation path. A site-wide search function has also been added to improve searchability and accessibility.
・Comprehensive Contact Information:
We have compiled all support contact information, previously scattered across different pages, to make it easier for you to find the help you need.
