If you wish to delete your RICOH360 account in order to cancel and terminate use of this service, please follow the instructions here.
Deleting an account will delete all teams created under that account, and all input data associated with the account, including tours created in the team and images uploaded to the tour, cannot be restored. If necessary, please back up and delete images before deleting the account.
How to delete using the mobile app
- Open the RICOH360 app and log in
- Tap the user icon in the upper right corner of the screen
- Tap Delete Account to move to the "Delete Account" screen
- If you have read and understand the notes about future impact, enter your password and tap the check box
- Tap Delete Account
How to delete using the web application
- Access https://app2.ricoh360.com/login from your PC browser and log in
- Click on your username in the upper right corner and click Account in the drop-down list that appears
- Click Delete in the "Delete Account" field
The dialog box "Delete Account" will appear. This is to check if the account you are currently logged in to is an account that can be deleted.
- Click Continue
You will be forcibly logged out. - Log in again
Immediately after logging in, the dialog box "Delete Account" will open. - Read the note about future consequences and click the checkbox
- Click Delete
