If you have forgotten or lost your password, please follow the steps below to reset your password.
Reset your password using the RICOH360 App for Smartphones
- Start the RICOH360 App for Smartphones
- Tap I forgot my Password
- Enter the email address of your account
- Tap Send Verification Code
A verification code (6-digit number) will be sent to the email address you entered. - Enter the verification code (6-digit number) sent to you in the "Verification Code" field, and enter your new password in the "New password" field.
- Tap Reset Password
This completes the password resetting process. Tap Login on the screen to open the login screen, and then log in with the newly set password.
Resetting the password using RICOH360
- Access app2.ricoh360.com/login in your PC browser
- Select Forgot Password?
You will be redirected to the "Reset Password" - Enter the email address of your account
- Click Send Verification Code
A verification code (6-digit number) will be sent to the e-mail address you entered. - Enter the verification code (6-digit number) sent to you in the "Verification Code" field, and enter your new password in the "New password" field.
- Click Reset Password
This completes the password resetting process. Click "Login" on the screen to open the login screen, and log in with the newly set password.
