Partial Resolution of Video Playback Issues on iOS 26

Thank you for your continued use of the RICOH360 App.

We would like to inform you that some aspects of the “Video Playback Issues on iOS 26” previously announced on December 9, 2025 have been resolved.

  • Video playback in the App tab: Video playback is now available as normal.
  • Video playback in the Cloud tab: Video playback remains unavailable.

We are continuing to work on resolving the video playback issue in the Cloud tab. We will provide further information as soon as there is any progress.
