• iOS version of the RICOH360 App

■ Impact

• 360-degree video playback within the app is unavailable (photo viewing remains possible).

■ Status

• We are currently working to ensure compatibility with iOS 26.

■ Request to Customers

• If you need to play 360-degree videos, please use RICOH360 via a web browser.
