A. Yes, as long as they are available for download during the downloadable period.

A. We are unable to verify the identity of the theta360.com login account as we do not register or maintain such accounts, so please contact the source of your social networking account.

A. Please note that it won't be available for downloading files after the deadline.

Q6. The DL button does not appear.

A. The DL button is designed to appear only for data uploaded by the Account currently logged in.
There is a possibility that the account you used for uploading and the account you are logged in with are different due to the use of the Log in function of the SNS account.
Please click on the user name in the upper right corner of the screen to go to the page where you can view the data of the account you are currently logged in to, or log in again with the appropriate account to check the data.

Q7. There is no exif information in each file downloaded from theta360.com. Why is this?

A. Theta360.com is a posting site, not a cloud storage site(file storage site).When a file is posted, it is resized and optimized and saved as a file without exif information. Therefore, downloaded files will not have exif information.

Q8. What services should I use to share images taken with the RICOH THETA in the future?

A. By uploading images to the RICOH360 Cloud from the RICOH360 App, you can easily issue a link (URL) to view the 360-degree images.By sharing the published link, users who are not using RICOH360 will be able to view 360-degree images. Here to see the operating instructions.

A. Files submitted to theta360.com cannot be transferred to the RICOH360 Cloud without downloading. We ask that you download the files from theta360.com and then upload them to RICOH360 Cloud.

A. It isn't available to log in to RICOH360 App (Web browser) with the SNS account you used to use to log in to theta360.com . RICOH360 App account is required.

Q15. I am using the embedded HTML code I obtained from theta360.com on my personal website. How will it be displayed on my website after the service ends?

A. Until January 15, 2025, the current display will be maintained, but after January 16, 2025, text stating that the service has ended will be displayed in the area where the 360-degree image is displayed. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we recommend that you delete the embedded HTML code from your website by January 15.
As stated in the answer to Q12, RICOH360 does not have a function for issuing embedded HTML code. If you would like to use embedded HTML code, please consider using RICOH 360 Tours.
