At RICOH360, we are committed to continuously improving and developing our services and applications to further enhance the value of information sharing and communication across your fields and workplaces.

Due to ongoing updates in operating systems and modern usage environments, we have confirmed that certain legacy applications are no longer compatible with some user environments. As a result, we have determined that it is difficult to guarantee continued operation or provide long-term maintenance for these applications moving forward. Therefore, we have decided to discontinue support and downloads for the following applications.

  • RICOH THETA Movie Converter (Exclusively for THETA V and THETA Z1)
  • RICOH THETA UVC Blender (Exclusively for THETA S)

  • End of Support Date: November 10, 2026 (Tue)
  • End of Download Availability: December 31, 2026 (Thu)

■ Impact on Customers

Customers currently using these applications will be able to continue using them after the support end date. However, all technical support, including bug fixes, updates, and compatibility patches for new OS versions will conclude.

Please note that this announcement concerns only the end of software maintenance and download availability for the specific applications listed above; the 360-degree camera "RICOH THETA" hardware units will remain fully available for regular use.
