A version update is now available for the RICOH360 App.

・To enhance account security, we have implemented a verification process for account registration and email address changes.

■Security Enhancements/Feature Improvements

Applies to: RICOH360 Business Package Series

・SSO (Single Sign-On) login is now supported. By integrating with your organization’s authentication system, you can now log in to RICOH360 more smoothly and securely.

・Team administrators can now require team members to enable two-factor authentication (2FA). This helps improve security across the team and prevent unauthorized account access.

・Features that cannot be used by Restricted Members are now hidden.
