Changes to the Recommended Operating Environment for the Smartphone Version of RICOH360 (Effective June 2, 2025)

Starting Monday, June 2, 2025, the recommended operating environment for the smartphone version of the RICOH360 app will change as follows:

Recommended Operating Environment

・iOS：iOS 16.x or later (iPhone 8 or newer)

・Android：Android OS 12.x or later

・The app will still function in environments that are not officially supported.

・Please note that there will be no individual notifications on the day of this change.

・Support for older operating systems and devices will conclude after June 2, 2025. Thank you for your understanding.
