By using the app for computer, you can perform operations such as viewing and sharing images transferred from the camera with your computer.
Necessary preparations
Basic app
This APP allows you to view images and Videos captured with the RICOH THETA, perform Updates Firmware, and more.
- Access the following website on your computer: https://support.ricoh360.com/app-download
- Click [RICOH THETA for Windows(R)] or [RICOH THETA for Mac] in the “RICOH THETA PC App (Basic App for PC)” section.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to download.

- The download procedure may differ from the actual steps due to website updates or other factors.
- To install the software, please log in to your computer using an account with Admin privileges.
