You can use the Dashboard to check the usage status of THETAs registered to Teams for which you have Admin rights, as well as THETAs registered by Members of your Team, and the RICOH360 Cloud.

This allows you to check at any time whether the THETA units you have purchased and the RICOH360 resources you have subscribed to are being used effectively, including the operating status of the THETAs and the Number of Uploads to the Cloud.

The Dashboard can be viewed in the following ways

1. Login to RICOH360
2. Click on your user name in the upper right corner of the screen and click on Admin Console
3. (For users who are Admin for multiple teams) Click on the Team Name on the left side of the screen and select your team

The THETA and Cloud usage for Teams will now be displayed.

Latest usage status

• Active THETA Devices
  • You can check the number of THETAs used within the past two weeks.
    
    
• Total Media Count of Photos/Videos in the Cloud
  • You can check the total number of photos and videos saved in the cloud compared to the end of last month.*Photos edited by AI Editing are not included.
    
    

THETA Operating Results to Date

The display unit can be switched between Monthly, Weekly, and Daily. *Data from September 1, 2023 onward will be displayed

• Number of THETA's Linked to and Used in the Cloud
  • Check the number of THETAs that have updated their device information or uploaded photos or videos at least once during the period covered.
    
    
• Number of THETA's Linked to the Cloud
  • Check the number of Registered THETA Devices registered to the cloud during the period covered.
    
    
• Number of Uploads to the Cloud
  • You can check the number of photos/videos uploaded to the cloud during the period in question.
    
    
• Total Number of Photos and Videos Stored in the Cloud
  • You can check the number of photos/videos saved to the cloud during the period in question.
