I have a RICOH THETA that is not compatible with the RICOH360 App (Mobile) . What should I do?

The smartphone app “RICOH THETA” (hereafter referred to as “this app”) that has already been installed can continue to be used.

  • Version upgrade support
  • Support for new OS (since recommended operating environment)
  • Support for downloading this app when it no longer meets the download conditions of the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.
