Regarding the rental items (Camera, monopod) I received when the service was set up, do I need to keep the packaging boxes (the white box with the THETA logo and the brown box for the monopod) and their contents?

Yes. You must return the entire set of rental items when you cancel the service.

Please do not discard any items included in the package other than the “outer cardboard box” used for delivery; please keep them in a safe place.
