Why can I not playback spatial audio for 360°video uploaded to Youtube(TM)?

After converting with the PC application RICOH THETA for Windows®/Mac,
convert to a YouTube(TM) video using “RICOH THETA Movie Converter” and post it to YouTube(TM).
