Exposure mode:
Exposure refers to adjusting the amount of light that reaches the image sensor. There are three factors that affect exposure: aperture, shutter speed (exposure time), and sensitivity. These factors are combined to create exposure.
- Auto: The aperture, shutter speed, ISO sensitivity, and white balance are automatically adjusted according to the shooting environment.
some text- You can select Noise Reduction, DR Compensation, and HDR Composition in the Option Setting.
- Tv (Shutter Priority): You can set the shutter speed and white balance.
- ISO (ISO Priority): You can set the ISO sensitivity and white balance.
- M (Manual): You can set the aperture, shutter speed, ISO sensitivity, and white balance.
Exposure Mode Option Settings
You can select options that reduce noise when shooting in low light or reduce blown highlights in places with high contrast in the image.
- OFF: No options are used.
- DR Compensation: This option is effective when shooting handheld in places with high contrast.
- Noise Reduction: This option is effective when shooting in low light with a tripod or other support.
- HDR Composite: This is an effective option when capturing in places with a large difference between light and dark areas, using a tripod or other equipment to hold the camera in place.
- Handheld HDR: This is an effective option when capturing in places with a large difference between light and dark areas, using a handheld camera.
Shutter Speed:
When the exposure mode is set to Tv or M, you can change the shutter speed (exposure time). The higher the number, the slower the shutter speed (the longer the exposure time).
- Tv: 15 seconds to 1/25000 seconds
- M: 60 sec. to 1/25000 sec.
ISO:
When the exposure mode is set to ISO, you can change the ISO sensitivity. The lower the number, the lower the sensitivity, so more light is required, but the image will be less noisy. The higher the number, the higher the sensitivity, so less light is required to capture the image, but the image will be noisier.
Can be changed when ISO or M is selected, EV in increments of 1/3
64 to 3200
