When connected to PC via the USB cable included with the RICOH THETA S, photos can only be taken using the shutter button
(photos cannot be taken with the smartphone app, and there is no feature in the PC app for taking photographs).
Furthermore, because power supply takes precedence when photographing while connected to USB, charging may not occur when using a low-output USB port.
Additionally, we have confirmed operations when connected via the included USB cable to the devices listed below.However, be aware that this use falls outside of warranty, and the customer assumes all responsibility.
