Why can I not playback spatial audio for 360°video uploaded to Youtube(TM)?

After converting with the PC app RICOH THETA for Windows®/Mac,
convert the video for YouTube(TM) using “RICOH THETA Movie Converter” and post it on YouTube(TM).
