For cloud collaboration, both Wi-Fi (AP connection) and Bluetooth must be used for communication.
If either one is turned off, turn both on by following the steps below.
- Wi-Fi: Press the wireless button on the camera (second button from the top on the right side).
- Bluetooth: Press and hold the wireless button on the camera (second button from the top on the right side)
