The camera cannot transfer videos to my smartphone.

Please check the following items.

  • That the wireless LAN connection has not been disconnected.
  • That the THETA basic app is not running in the background (iOS)

Depending on the surrounding environment, thermal shutdown of the camera may occur during transfer of videos.

If this happens, let the camera cool down for a while, and then try again in a cool location.
