Wireless LAN Registration Mode

You can register a wireless LAN by scanning a QR code containing information such as the SSID and password.

1. Turn on the power of the camera.

2. Enter the wireless LAN registration mode.

• While the camera is in the shooting standby mode, press and hold the mode button for 2 seconds.

*When the camera is already connected to a wireless LAN in the client mode, pressing and holding the mode button for 2 seconds displays the SSID of the wireless LAN. To register a new wireless LAN, press the Fn button.

3. Scan the QR code

• When “WLAN Registration” appears on the OLED panel, point the lens on the opposite side of the OLED panel at the QR code.

• To cancel scanning, press the mode button.

4. The connection process begins.

• When information such as the SSID and password is recognized, the message “Connecting...” appears and the connection process begins.

• To cancel the connection process, press the mode button.

5. The connection is complete.

• Once the connection is complete, a sound is heard and the camera enters the client mode.
• In this state, if the mode button is pressed and held for 2 seconds, the SSID of the connected wireless LAN is displayed. To return to the shooting standby mode, press the mode button.

Note:

• Even if the connection fails, the wireless LAN is registered.
